About flower pounding
Flower pounding is a therapeutic eco printing method where we transfer botanical dyes through hammering. Each participant will create their own unique botanical print on a tea towel to take home. We’ll use locally grown, organic flowers and foliage from the garden of Blue House Florals.

FAQ
Can I wash my towel? Yes, you can wash your towel 1 week after printing. Each time you wash, the color will fade slightly, but that is part of the botanical dyeing experience. Blue House Florals has grown and selected flowers and foliage that are well-suited for dyeing.
Is the towel pre-treated? Each towel will be pre-treated with a special soy milk fixative to help the color stay.
Which materials are provided? Everything will be provided including tea towel, hammers, flowers, scissors, and foliage.
What is your cancellation policy? There are no refunds issued for workshops once reserved. However, you may transfer your ticket to someone else.
